ABOUT ME
Thirty years sounds like a long time,
but it went really fast.

I spent thirty years in two different government television studios in the Baltimore-Washington area.
In one of them, I worked rotational shift work in support of live shows. I created graphics, maps and animations for the stories reported, in addition to acting as show director, or technical director.

I eventually joined the crew of the second studio, and supported scripted videos with graphics packages: openers, closes, lower thirds, plus any additional graphics or animations the show might require. I worked closely with each show's producer to make sure their show had what it needed.

Pulling together this portfolio is one of the hardest things I've ever done. I have a thirty-year body of work...that has amazing things in it that you'll never see. Items shown among these pages are things that I worked on outside of my employment, for folks that knew I worked in television, or graphic design.

I've retired from government service, so be
on the lookout for more projects reflected here,
as I work freelance!
